What to expect from one to one sessions

One of the first questions I ask my clients is “What do you want?”  As you might have guessed, the answers are extremely varied.  Some people have a really clear idea of what is that they want or don’t want, while others aren’t quite so sure.   Working one to one provides a great opportunity to look clearly at what you want, identify the obstacles and potentially overcome them, explore your various options and make actions toward to look closely and frankly at what it is that you want to change and to find out what works for you personally.

Everyone who comes to me wants to make some sort of change, whether it’s a single thing, various inter-linked issues or a whole life revamp.  For some, the thought of change is easier than it is for others.  We are all unique with our own challenges, histories, beliefs, circumstances and different ways of thinking.  Therefore the sessions are tailored to suit you, the individual.

People are often held back by unhelpful thoughts, beliefs or obstacles.  Those obstacles often appear to be so big that it can seem hopeless to try to change.  Many people want to improve or change something in their lives but don’t quite know how to do it or afraid that it will be too difficult.  Life Coaching and hypnotherapy and NLP® can help you to make improvements in many areas of your life.

FAQ

The number of sessions needed will depends on you and your requirements and on how ready you are to make the changes.

Various coaching packages are available.  Contact me if you need help to decide the right one for you.

Some treatment areas (e.g. phobias, stop smoking, nail biting) usually only require one session, whilst other areas including weight loss, severe anxiety, addictions, alcohol management, gambling, would often take a number of sessions.

The coaching and hypnotherapy packages provide different levels of support between sessions.

Support is not included for individually booked sessions.

The tools used in the sessions will be tailored to suit your own preferences and needs.  Some clients prefer pure coaching, some choose just hypnotherapy and some benefit most from a combination of techniques.
