‘Confidence comes not from always being right but from not fearing to be wrong.’ – Peter T. Mcintyre

The lack of confidence can often restrict people from reaching their true potential. It can stop people in their tracks. It becomes apparent in a variety of ways; from being scared to walk into a room full of strangers, fear of speaking to the opposite sex, some worry that everyone is looking at them and judging them, fear of doing something different. The problem with a lack of confidence is that it can often restrict our ability to really enjoy life.

People with a lack of confidence may get comfortable doing things a certain way and ‘getting by’. They may wish to say something in a meeting but are afraid to speak and are more comfortable just being quiet.

Improving your confidence, changing the way you are and the way you feel will require you to think and do things differently. Coaching can help you to make those changes – for good.
